- the purchase invoice for the vehicle shell
- the original repair estimate produced by the insurer or a certified true copy from the insurer
- colour photographs clearly showing the front, rear and sides of the vehicle, taken before reconstruction (4 photographs)
- purchase invoices for the major parts required for reconstruction
- a colour photograph of the vehicle on the frame machine during straightening, when applicable
- a printed alignment report demonstrating that the vehicle's wheel alignment meets manufacturer standards, when applicable
- a welding certificate, when applicable
- photographs of assembly joints and repairs performed
- the diagnostic tool report demonstrating that the rebuilt vehicle's driver assistance systems were successfully recalibrated, when applicable
- the recalibration invoice, when applicable
- a copy of the manufacturer standards followed to repair the vehicle damage.
